Civic Center, El Paso, Texas in 2002
The colorful cylinders in the picture were part of the civic center. These buildings were torn down in 2009 to make way for the sun shield. In the middle of the image the old City Hall building can be seen. It was destroyed in April 2013 to make room for a baseball stadium.
