Alligator Sculpture - El Paso, Texas
The photograph shows the fiberglass sculpture by Luis Jimenez, which is situated on San Jacinto Plaza. These alligators remind us of the living alligators which inhabited a pond on the Plaza from 1889 to 1965. The Plaza Hotel and the Mills Building can be seen in the back. Both were designed by the famous architect Henry C. Trost.
