Parking Terminal at Union Plaza
As part of El Paso’s Union Plaza Redevelopment Program this transit terminal/parking facility was built in order to attract more visitors to the downtown area. It merges public and event parking for Union Plaza activities and ground floor retail in an innovative design that is supposed to capture the spirit of El Paso.
