EPCC First Day Classes Begin
While community leaders continued to seek additional funding, the first day classes began in buildings leased from the U.S. Army at Logan Heights on Fort Bliss. This first “campus” allowed for quality instruction at one location and the consolidation of administrative facilities in order to support the growing enrollment, which reached 5,041 students by Fall 1973.
