First band of teenage kids that started in El Paso. Rock n roll was new and just starting in El Paso. This band became the Birdland Combo.

I was in a teen-age combo in 1952-53 made up of kids from El Paso High. We weren't Rock & Roll, but we played for a number of teen-age gigs.
