The Custom House in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico decorated for the historic meeting of President Howard Taft of the United States and President Portfirio Diaz of Mexico. President Diaz hosted a grand banquet inside the Custom House in honor of President Taft on the night of October 16, 1909.
