El Paso Streetcar Track Construction

El Paso Streetcar: Construction crews worked diligently throughout 2017 to place tracks along the 4.8 mile route for the El Paso Streetcar Project. Crews were able to complete both the Downtown and Uptown loops ahead of schedule.
