San Jacinto Plaza Opening - 2016

Photograph - dancers waiting for their turn on stage. A ceremony will begin at 9:30 a.m. April 16 at the plaza in Downtown El Paso, officials said. It will be followed by a celebration from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. that will include games, musical performances and entertainment acts.
