John Joseph Pershing
This house belongs to one of the greatest military leaders John J. Pershing. He was stationed here in 1914, to help the U.S Mexican border during the Mexican Revolution. He tried to capture Pancho Villa, but was unable to. Fort Bliss still has his home, a street and a entry gate dedicated to the memory of John Joseph Pershing.
