Mills Building
The picture shows the Mills Building next to San Jacinto Plaza. It was built in 1911 by the architecture firm Trost & Trost, which also designed many other buildings in El Paso at that time. The Mills Building was one of the largest all-concrete buildings then constructed. Since then, it underwent several renovations, always keeping most of its original exterior.
