El Paso, TX circa 1915

The picture is taken at the corner of Mesa Street and San Antonio Ave in the 1910s. The Little Caples Building at the corner was called El Paso's smallest tallest building. It housed Alberts, a jeweler. Looking down San Antonio Ave one can see the El Paso del Norte Hotel in the back. The elegant hotel was built in 1912 and was marked by a Tiffany glass dome (until today). Since 1993 it is the Camino Real Hotel.
