Little Caples Building in downtown El Paso, Texas. Located at Mesa and San Antonio in the downtown area. The picture is taken at the corner of Mesa Street and San Antonio Ave in the 1910s. The Little Caples Building at the corner was called El Paso's smallest tallest building. It housed Alberts, a jeweler. Image Description: In this black and white photo, the Little Caples Building is shown, on the corner of Mesa and San Antonio in the 19102. The building used to house a jewelry story called Alberts, and it can still be seen in downtown El Paso. There are also cars parked on the street, and under an awning in front of the building, people are sitting.
