El Paso Mayor Oscar Leeser presented the key to the city to the Ambassador of Mexico to the U.S. Miguel Basañez and Mexican artist Sebastián at the opening of 'Knot: The Art of Sebastián on Tuesday, February 23, 2016, at the El Paso Museum of Art.
