Sculpture of Garcia de San Francisco
The statue of Fray Garcia de San Francisco is standing on Pioneer Plaza. The Spanish missionary founded the Pass of the North in 1659. The 14-foot sculpture was designed by John Sherrill Houser and was dedicated in 1996.
