Father Carlos Pinto, S.J. planned and built Immaculate Conception Church in June, 1893 as the sister church to Sacred Heart. It is situated at 118 North Campbell Street in El Paso. Photo shows old federal courthouse at right and new energy efficient federal courthouse circa 2017.
