Teatro Palace Restaurado
Palace Theater Restored
Located on S. El Paso Street, the Palace was originally built as the Alhambra Theater by Henry C. Trost in 1914. Designed as a Moorish style movie theater, it was capable of live stage shows or silent movies. It was later renamed the Palace Theater. After decades showing movies, it closed. It was renovated and reopened in the late 1990’s as the Xscape, an upscale nightclub. It now houses a different nightclub, The Vault.
