Frank W. Gorman Jr.
Frank W. Gorman, Jr. was appointed to the Texas Historical Commission (THC) in 1996, reappointed in 2001, and served as a commissioner until 2007. He was president of Gorman, Inc. from 1966–96. He is the past president of the Sun Bowl Association, the El Paso County Historical Society, and the New Mexico State University Foundation.
