Rev. Carlos Pinto. S. J.
Father Carlos Pinto, was the Apostle of El Paso. Father Carlos passion was to serve God. His most memorable saying was "Heaven is not a present to be accepted, but a city to be carried by storm." Father Carlos Pinto, as well as Jesuits from 1892 to 1917 built more than thirteen churches. In addition, to the churches they also built seven schools.
