Joyce Friedman (Jaffee) was chosen Football Queen of El Paso High School for the year 1950-1951. She had served as a princess on the court in 1948 and 1949. Her lace gown was designed and made by Miss Day at the Popular Department Store. Her escort was Eric Hilton.
