The picture was taken from downtown El Paso and shows parts of Ciudad Juárez. The Camino Real Hotel and the railroads are located in El Paso. The inscription on the mountains in the background says: "Juarez. La Biblia es la verdad. Leela." ("Juarez. The Bible is the truth. Read it.")
