Artist: Leticia Huerta Huerta’s design concept is inspired and based on the surrounding architectural buildings downtown El Paso and the historic San Jacinto Plaza. Her designs include influences by the Spanish/Moorish designs found in the Kress building and the Alligators that once lived in the heart of downtown.
