Camino Real Hotel
The image shows the front of the Camino Real Hotel. Built in 1912 by Henry C. Trost as the Paso del Norte Hotel, it was and is one important landmark in Downtown El Paso. During the Mexican Revolution, visitors followed the battles in Juarez from the rooftop. The building was remodeled and renovated several times. This image shows the older part of the hotel. It was named Camino Real Hotel in 1993.
