Alkie Nicholson was El Paso's boxing trainer that trained many boxers, Manny Ortega was his best fighter that won several titles. Alkie participated and was inducted into The El Paso Boxing Hall of Fame. His proud children are Melissa, Andrew Sr., Robert, and Richard. They live in El Paso.
