Lucchese Boots
The Italian Salvatore Lucchese and his brothers opened their first bootmaking shop in San Antonio, Texas, in 1883. Since then, it became a famous shop, eqipping many celebrities, as singer and actor Bing Crosby,actor Gary Cooper, actor Slim Pickens, actor John Wayne, model and actress Sandra Dee and many more. Important political figures as Senator and U.S. President Lyndon Baines Johnson, U.S. President George H. W. Bush and former British Prime Minister Tony Blair also ordered Lucchese Boots. Lucchese also made custom Dallas Cowboys boots in 1961 for players and coaches. In 1986 Lucchese moved its operations from San Antonio to El Paso.
