THESE NATURAL HOLES IN THE ROCK COLLECTED & KEPT WATER FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME, THEY PROVIDED WATER FOR THE PRE HISTORIC PEOPLE, HISTORIC PEOPLE, & THE 1ST WAGON TRAINS FROM EAST TEXAS CAME BY WAY OF HUECO TANKS BECAUSE OF THE WATER.
