Description: As part of the City of El Paso/Sun Metro’s program management team, DESMAN developed several conceptual parking/bus transit functional/circulation schemes for the intermodal transit/parking facility in El Paso. The facility is located on a block bound by Overland, Durango, San Antonio, and Leon Street.
