Arts Festival Plaza - El Paso, Texas

The Arts Festival Plaza is located in the heart of downtown El Paso, Texas next to the Museum of Art. On the far right the Oasis Bistro and Lounge. Al Fresco is an even that's held during the summer months featuring live music and dancing. However, Al Fresco has been moved nearby to the Convention Arts Plaza.
