Piñata Party Supplies
This store on Alameda Ave sells piñatas. The custom to have a piñata for a party or celebration comes from Mexico and has become very popular in El Paso and across the United States. Stores sell all kinds of piñatas; from animals to comic figures. The children are usually blindfolded, twirled three times, given a stick of some sort to hit the piñata. Eventually, a child breaks open the piñata and candy falls to the ground. It is a lot of fun.
