The image shows a little boy on a toy horse. The exact location and date of the photograph is unknown, it might have been taken in Juarez, Mexico, because of the boys hat. The image is from Leona Washington's Photograph Collection. She was a teacher and activist in the black community and collected many pictures reflecting the life and work of people in El Paso.
