Partner's first name was Leopoldo. Her dad directed the College of Mines and Metallurgy (now UTEP) band. According to Commemorative calendar from UTEP Library Special Collections, Reva was seriously injured in a car accident in November 1939 while traveling in Paris after entertaining front-line soldiers. After healing a fractured leg she continued here career in entertainment.
