Kitchen, Hilton Hotel, El Paso, TX circa 1935
The image shows the kitchen and the cooking staff of the Hilton Hotel in 1930. It was the year when the Hotel, designed by Henry C. Trost, was opened. The Hilton then served as one of the most luxury and most modern hotels in town. In 1963 it was sold and operated as the Plaza Hotel until 1990, when it was closed.
