"The Spaghetti Bowl"
The picture shows the intersection of freeways on the Eastside, called "Spaghetti Bowl". It was taken from Gateway East near Raynolds. Manuel F. Aguilera, traffic engineer trained at UTEP, helped design Spaghetti Bowl. He was honored by the UTEP College of Engineering in 2017.
