Mills Building 1910s
The Mills building was completed in 1911 by the architect firm Trost & Trost. It was one of the largest all-concrete buildings then constructed. It is situated at San Jacinto Plaza, which was the center of the town at that time. The building was remodeled several times and still stands today, housing offices and businesses.
