Dr Rintelen encouraged me (or I should say, commanded me) to continue my studies at UT Austin for a Master of Science Degree, which drove my successful career in Aerospace,", Hector Holguin Jr.

The Maestro of El Paso

Maestro Abraham Chavez, Jr. (1927 - 2000). "Maestro Chavez is my dearest friend in the Symphonies of Heaven above". For an entire lifetime, Maestro Chavez became the single most important advocate of classical music in the El Paso and Juarez international region. The Abraham Chavez theater is in the center of downtown El Paso.
