Maltby's previous experience includes 30 years working in private consulting and government.

She has extensive experience in hydraulic water modeling, water & wastewater treatment plant design, project and construction management, traffic management system design, large and small sign design, pavement marking layout design and utility coordination. She has served as the Utility Coordinator for the Camino Real Regional Mobility Authority since 2010.

As project manager for Paso del Norte Trackworks he's responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project and ensuring the team works together to complete the project.

He researches and reviews contracts, plans, and regulatory agency manuals for specifications and requirements. Steve made sure documents and project records were in order. He also reviews schedules, permits, and progress charts to keep the project moving forward.
