Amparo Ortega P.E.

El Paso Streetcar: Amparo Ortega is one of more than a dozen engineers who worked on the El Paso Streetcar project. She has extensive experience in hydraulic water modeling, water & wastewater treatment plant design, project and construction management, traffic management system design, large and small sign design, pavement marking layout design and utility coordination. She has served as the Utility Coordinator for the Camino Real Regional Mobility Authority since 2010.
