WInter Fest - Snow Globe - 2016

Snow Globe - the public can take their photograph inside a giant snow globe during Winter Fest. El Paso Live is proud to announce El Paso’s newest and coolest winter event, WinterFest, presented by The Hospitals of Providence and Providence Children’s Hospital. Downtown Arts Festival Plaza and surrounding areas will come to life December 3 through January 8 with lights, food, holiday shopping, festivities and the coolest thing of all, an outdoor ice skating rink located near the Plaza Theatre.
