Photograph - Main Street and Santa Fe Crews will begin building tracks for the $97 million Downtown El Paso trolley starting in January, and the first part of the route will be ready to run by 2018, officials said Tuesday. Camino Real Regional Mobility Authority Executive Director Raymond L. Telles updated the City Council on the status of the project Tuesday at the request of Mayor Oscar Leeser. He said the design work has been completed and outreach is being planned to keep people informed about construction and closures. http://www.elpasotimes.com/story/news/local/el-paso/2015/11/10/trolley-track-construction-begin-january/75541416/
