"Just showered at bunker base,Dong Tam Mekong Delta Ben Treh Province. Once had to drink water from canals, as we ran out of clean drinking water. Just used one iodine pill to kill germs, ha"!

"Honey, Rosa, this picture was taken when I had about a month in Vietnam by a friend. He just got them back so I brought it from him for 45 cents, ha, ha! Honey, here you can see how much I think of you and how I use my free time. The kids that wash our boots they call me, "Rosa" and everybody else that can't pronounce my name".
