Celebration of American Troops Coming Home

Celebration of troops returning to Biggs Army Airfield 1991

Image Description: In this picture, a mother is shown holding balloons for the returning troops while her baby sits in the carriage. The balloons are yellow, blue and red, and one in the front says ‘just because.’ The woman’s face is obscured by the balloons in front of her, and the baby is staring straight at the camera. There are a few people that can also be seen in the background because of the flash the camera gave off.
