Follies Revue 1935
The Junior League of El Paso raised money in many different ways, including annual rummage sales held in the A.B. Poe Motor Company building, raising thousands of dollars even in the hardest times; the Charity Ball, a popular fundraiser which was the social event of the season for many years; and the "Junior League Follies Revue" which generated the largest profits.

JLEP The Goodwill Girl's Club 1945
The Goodwill Girl's Club, established in 1943, arose out of a wartime need for a recreational program for teenage girls. This early effort resulted in an on-going, citywide recreational program with the City of El Paso and the public school system. JLEP volunteers at Austin High School teaching girls how to sew, work with leather goods and make small purses. 1945
