Inducted in 2018 First Andress High School Baseball Player to be inducted into the El Paso Baseball Hall of Fame 4 year Varsity Lettermen for Andress High School Eagles 1989-1992 All City 2nd Team as a Freshman with .395 BA, 5 HR, 20 RBI, 3-1 Pitching Record with 2.70 ERA All City 1st Team as a Sophomore with .467 BA, 6 HR, 30 RBI, 7-3 Pitching Record with 2.65 ERA All City MVP as a Junior with .450 BA, 14 HR, 35 RBI, 7-1 Pitching Record with 1.98 ERA Chosen High School Baseball Player of the Year by the El Paso Times and All City Co-MVP his Senior year with .400 BA, 11 HR, 32 RBI, 10-2 Pitching Record with 2.39 ERA Chosen to North and South Texas All Star Game in the Houston Astrodome where he pitched a scoreless 9th Inning Selected to Chevron Showcase Classic All Star Game Texas State Runner-Up in Little League 18U Division falling one game shy of the Little League World Series in Florida for 18U 2 Time all WJCAC 3rd Baseman for New Mexico Junior College with .392 BA, 15 HR, 51 RBI, Pitching Record of 6-1 with 3.25 ERA Played Junior Year at University of Texas at Arlington with .300 BA, 7 HR, Pitching Record 2-1 with 3.26 ERA Played for Oklahoma City University his Senior year with .310 BA, 6 HR before getting injured going into Regionals and ending his baseball career Coaches Youth baseball for past 10 years Founded Brayden’s Buddy Non-Profit organization with his wife Claudia whose mission is to donate AED’s (Automated External Defibrillators) and CPR train teachers and staff members to spread awareness of sudden cardiac death – 55 AED’s have been donated to schools to date
