Richard Burges Regional Branch Library

Richard Burges Regional Branch Library opened its doors to the public on September 25, 1998. It is located within the Northeast Municipal Annex at the intersection of Dyer Street and Will Ruth Avenue. The facility is one of the largest library branches in the El Paso Public Library system, with an area of 20.200 square feet. More information is available at www.elpasolibrary.org.
